Jon had a problem. The four-story building he was covering in metal siding had arched windows. “My only option was to use a vinyl J-channel product that didn’t exactly match the texture and color of the building. When I discussed it with Joseph from Kauffman Metals, he mentioned that he could make a custom, narrow-width J-channel that I would be able to bend to the radius of the window and that would be an exact color match to the rest of the building.” It worked! “And the job turned out great.”

It looks fantastic on the building!”
Jon also points out the quality of a Kauffman Metals panel. “It’s strong and doesn’t bend as easily. The paint also doesn’t scratch quite as easily. A big thing I noticed from the other supplier that I briefly used was that the paint was very easily scratched.”

If I tell them that I need an order for tomorrow and they’re already full schedule-wise, they will stay and work late to make sure that I have that order ready for the next day,” Jon notes. “I can call in if I need a piece of trim, and they’ll make it immediately, ready for me to pick up within 2 hours sometimes.”
They even deliver to Jon’s job sites, which is a huge benefit that wasn’t offered by the other supplier. Jon appreciates Kauffman’s willingness to be competitive with pricing and their willingness to refer customers to him.
